had endoscopy yesterday, diagnosed with hiatal hernia need to take medication for a while but no symptoms.
Rebecca asked me to teach a Windows course and I will do so.
Was dopy all day yesterday from endocscopy medication.
Over ate and didn't record last three days. recording is key to control of diet. weighted 216 at home and 238 at doctor but that was dressed and I think bad reading.
Stress test today at four. Will exercise tomorrow.
